Only have a brief moment to make a note of today’s card before running off to the temple. Nine of Pentacles shows me enjoying success, wealth, knowledge in solitude. In the reversed position it seems to mean opening up to share with others. At the moment I’m thinking knowledge is at play here. I will come back and give an update. Gotta run!
Update March 20, 10:10 AM I was wrong I think. It turned out to be monetary than knowledge. The reason why I thought it was the sharing of knowledge was that for the previous two Sundays we had students visiting from nearby colleges. Somehow I was always the one to greet them and answer their questions. I was thinking yesterday how I would like to take a break and just focus on myself. I thought the card was telling it wasn’t going to be. I was wrong. It was more of people sharing their fortune with the temples by donating money. One girl stood out among the crowd. She was living paycheck to paycheck just a few months ago. She moved to San Francisco and has since started a travel agency. It seems that she is doing very very well and very fast. Anyway, she came for a visit and was able to make a large donation which I didn’t expect at all.
