The last time Queen of Cups showed up indicated a time of inner reflection. I think it’s also true for today. The cup is still the first thing I see. The cups represent emotions, what’s deep inside. And that is her focus here. And this practice brings her joy. Her robe shows yellow and orange fish playing in the ocean (also water babies, but not so prominent today.) Yellow and orange are happy, sunny colors. And the fish are happy in the water. I also notice tiny star-like flowers in her hair. White is purity. The flowers also give me a joyous feeling. The gentle and quiet kind of joy. She’s sitting on a half-shell chair. It doesn’t give a closed-off feeling. It feels comfortable and warm. She is happy with her quiet time alone. Her hand is over her heart. She seems to be enjoying this. She’s sitting on a beach. The waves gently crashes on the rocks in the background. The crashing waves give a light green color, unlike the blue of the body of the ocean. I wonder if that means anything since it caught my eyes.
Update, 04.24.2006, 10:15 am, it was a good quiet day at home knitting. My partner stayed upstairs watching TV. I stayed downstairs listening to podcasts and music, knitting my afghan square. And I finished it! Yay! Hmmm… the square is green… like the green in the waves. LOL
