Continuing with the Wands theme. 
Ten of Wands is not a stranger either. There are so many wands that he cannot see what’s ahead of him. Even when the destination is in sight. His face is completely buried in the wands. Today I also see that the way he carries the wands is really awkward. He is not holding them in a smart way. It looks as though that they can fall out of his grip at any time. It is better to organize numerous projects so that they don’t overwhelm.
