This felt like health issue immediately. I am standing on high ground. My defenses are up. I sure did go through a battle but it did not take me down. Clarity is my most powerful tool. It illuminates the space and shows the way. Being on higher ground also gives clarity to the situation. Funny that I was just thinking this morning that I got sinus problems so often that I could self-diagnose if I was getting worse or getting better. Guess I’ve become somewhat of an expert on that battle field. 
With KNOWLEDGE of my situation, , I did take care of myself over the weekend. I didn’t do much. I didn’t even attend a friend’s wedding on Sunday. That was regrettable. I really wanted to be there to wish them happiness.
