….sigh…. this sounds like my SIL #1… and she is all of the above and called yesterday saying she’s coming by tomorrow.
I think I’m a bit envious, your staying off the internet… and getting things done. Quite a few friends were doing that ‘posting everyday in the month of November’ thing and I always want to support their efforts :^) but it has sucked some time… whew, it’s December!
I hope the vet bill isn’t as horrendous as you’re thinking… of course they usually are though, eh?

Oh Marianne, I hope you had a nice visit with your SIL anyway. Hopefully it is just a indication of what kind of person was to show up, but not what kind of experience you’d have had.

She ended up not showing… then ‘surprising’ me on Sunday.
It was alright, I find myself having to be careful and watchful, editing myself around her, as she can and does ‘go off’ very unexpectedly… not tons of fun….

She didn’t call…at all… so yes, I was ‘on edge’ just a little bit all day waiting for her to show up… ack. I shouldn’t do that to myself, eh? But heaven help me if I go about my business and she shows up! (she wasn’t sure about ‘when’ she’d be by, she just expects me to always be here… meh… ) :^)
