The Hierophant, Ten of Wands Reversed
The Hierophant, institution, my way or the highway, blindly following the rules even though there maybe a better way. You may run into this sort of frustrating situation.
Ten of Wands reversed, the burden is finally coming off. You can actually see the end of the situation. Hopefully this means that things are finally progressing to the point that you can see the end of it. Though you might have to face some people that will not make any extra effort or think creatively.

hmmmmm, we’ll see what happens.
It’s been a Conor and Gracie day and one of those days when if you can keep them separate all is fine but mix them together? all hell breaks loose… I’ll be glad when Aardron picks them up :^)
