Hi M. Seeing how that lately I have no absolutely control of what the cards show me. In another word, I lack focus. Let’s call this, “Whose Card Are They Anyway?” Hopefully I get clarity in my life’s direction soon.

Three of Pentacles Reversed, Nine of Swords Reversed

Remember, I am not calling whose cards they are until I gain my focus back. But I do ask the cards to show yours. We’ll see.

Three of Pentacles reversed. I really get a stronger sense that this is about incomplete work, not using one’s talent. Maybe lack of recognition of one’s accomplishment. Nine of Swords reversed. Remember this? The nightmare, the stress is coming to an end. No more running in circles inside one’s own mind. Uncovering one’s eyes. Seeing the truth? Seeing a way?

Card of the Day – Queen of Swords Reversed

30 Oct

Queen of Swords

This person puts logic before heart. Now, in an upright position it might indicate a clear headed person that does not let emotions run their life. In the reversed position it might mean a cruel person who misuses their intellect. One who doesn’t care if it hurts others. Clearly thinking only for themselves. One person comes to mind. But in what circumstance does this person influence my day today?

Card of the Day – Five of Swords Reversed

10 Oct

Five of Swords

Does this have anything to do with yesterday’s card? Five of Swords. The image shows a person taking control of all the swords. He got them through trickery. He taunts the others, making a display that he is better than the others, even though he really isn’t. It was all done with tricks. It just makes him feel good to shame the others. Not very nice.

I see a person grabbing on to powers, thinking that they are above others. Not because it was true. But because they were in a position to do whatever they wanted. In a reversed position, maybe they are having second thoughts. On the Robin Wood card, the trickster wears dark gray of smoke, but red underneath. Robin Wood calls it ‘smoke and fire’. But today I see red of courage. Maybe the trickster is realizing the wrong-doing? And there’s courage to correct the mistake?

Card of the Day – King of Swords Reversed

09 Oct

King of Swords

Eek. Not liking this at all. This king is a commander. Big boss. In reversed position he can be especially cruel, stubborn. He doesn’t trust anyone. He thinks his decision is the only correct decision. On Robin Wood’s card the king is standing with his arms folded across his chest. His sword in front of his heart. Intellect before heart. But there’s trouble when he thinks illogically. He wears a cape with the darkness of night on the inside, cheerful blue sky on the outside. Kind of hard to see the cheerful side. And, the darkness stands out today. Must be a stormy day.

I think I know who this is. Or, am I going to be surprised today?

Card of the Day – Ten of Swords Reversed

01 Oct

Ten of Swords

Things are looking up! Once again, purple is dominant in this. On Robin Wood’s card the man wears purple of royalty. One of the swords also stands out. The one with a man with arms of serpents. It looks almost like the symbol of medicine that you often see. Robin Wood also indicated that it represented healing. Things can only get better from this point. The sun is coming out and pushing the darkness away.

I am still not getting it. Guess I stayed away from the cards too long and it will take some time to feel it again. Or maybe the answer is hidden at the moment.
